Marinating the Pork
  1. Marinate the pork with light soy sauce, golden syrup, salt, and pepper.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  1. Preheat the grilling pan and grease it with some oil.
  2. Grill the pork until fragrant and fully cooked.
  1. Quickly dip the rice paper into the water on both sides.
  2. Add the grilled pork, capsicums, and cooked beehoon.
  3. Drizzle with Café 26 Original Salad Dressing and wrap it up.
