Marinade
- 200g Pork(shoulder butt)
- 2 tbs light soya sauce
- 2 tsp golden syrup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
Wrap
- Rice paper wraps
- 200g cooked beehoon
- Lettuce
- Capsicums
- Café 26 Original Salad Dressing
Steps
Marinating the Pork
- Marinate the pork with light soy sauce, golden syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Cooking the Pork
- Preheat the grilling pan and grease it with some oil.
- Grill the pork until fragrant and fully cooked.
Assembling the Wraps
- Quickly dip the rice paper into the water on both sides.
- Add the grilled pork, capsicums, and cooked beehoon.
- Drizzle with Café 26 Original Salad Dressing and wrap it up.
