The Café 26 family originated in a small café in Subiaco WA in 1998. They were on 26b Rokeby Rd, which is where the “26” in the name comes from.
This wonderful salad dressing originated from an authentic recipe that was so widely popular. When customers started bringing their own containers to take home a serving of their café’s house salad dressing, you know how good the dressing is.
