Tangy Cream Cheese
- Cream cheese 25 gram
- Cafe 26 Tangy Salad Dressing 35 gram
Canape
- Bread
- Cucumber (cut thinly, add salt and leave it for 30 minutes, squeeze the water out and wash, set aside)
- Avocado (cut into cubes and squeeze with lemon to prevent oxidation)
- Onion (cut thinly, add salt and leave it for 30 minutes, squeeze the water out and wash, set aside)
- Kanimi (snow crab meat) (blanch kanimi chunks, cut thinly, set aside)
- A pinch of italian herbs or pepper
Steps
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture
- Mix and whisk cream cheese and tangy salad dressing until you reach the desired consistency.
Assemble the Canape
- Cut bread into 4 squares.
- Place a ring on top of the bread and squeeze the tangy cream cheese onto the bread.
- Add a layer of cucumber and tangy cream cheese.
- Add a layer of avocado and tangy cream cheese.
- Add a layer of onion and tangy cream cheese.
- Add a layer of kanimi (snow crab meat).
Finishing Touches
- Slowly lift the ring up.
- Add a final layer of tangy cream cheese on top.
- Sprinkle some Italian herbs or pepper for garnish.
