
Ingredients
Salmon Paste
- 200g skinless salmon (cut into smaller pieces)
- 20g garlic
- 20g breadcrumbs
- 10g olive oil
- 15g parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cafe 26 Caesar Salad Dressing
Coating & Frying the Burger
- 1 egg (egg wash)
- Bread crumbs
- Cooking oil

- Cafe 26 Caesar Salad Dressing
- Cheese
- Vegetables
- Avocado
Steps
Preparing the Salmon Paste
- Finely chop the garlic and olive oil by using food processor and add in the salmon meat, and blend it to make the salmon paste.
- Add in the egg, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, and blend it for about 1-2 seconds until it is mixed well.
- Transfer the paste into a clean bowl, add in the Cafe 26 Caesar Salad Dressing, and gently mix until well mixed. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Coating & Frying the Salmon Patties
- Beat the egg and prepare the bread crumbs. Shape the paste into 4 patties. Dip it in egg wash, then coat it with bread crumbs. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the wok and add in cooking oil. Once it is hot, put in the salmon patties and fry it till golden brown.
Plating
- Place the 1st patty on the plate, put in the cheese, vegetables, avocado and Cafe 26 Caesar Salad Dressing and top with another salmon patty.
